James Govoni
James Govoni was born and raised in Windsor, CT where he has lived his entire life. Mr. Govoni is a graduate of Windsor High School and attended Hartford Community College. He raised two lovely daughters both of which were members of the Windsor Fife and Drum Corp. His father was a Windsor school teacher, and his mother a Windsor school nurse. At a young age from the example set by his parents he learned the importance of hard work, and the value of contributing as a volunteer to the community. Donald Jepsen
Don Jepsen has served nine terms on the Town Council. Prior to that, he served on the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission and the Windsor Technology Task Force. Jepsen is most proud of the Open Space Fund which he proposed and garnered bipartisan support in 2003, leading to many land acquisitions, including the recent Millbrook property. If re-elected, Jepsen will push to start the process of connecting Windsor’s two river trails, which will ultimately link the center of town to Colt Park in Hartford via a multifunction path along the Connecticut River. Michael Tustin
Michael Tustin was born and raised in Windsor CT. Michael is a product of the Windsor Public School System where he graduated from Windsor High School in 1996. After High School Michael attended Westfield State University in Westfield Massachusetts's and graduated in 2000 with a BS in Criminal Justice. Michael has been employed with the Town of Windsor for the last 20 years and is currently a K9 handler for the Town of Windsor PD. Michael resides in Windsor with his wife Shawna, daughters Shaela and Adeline and son Zachary. His father was also born and raised in Windsor and worked in the Aero Space industry on Day Hill Road until his passing in 2005. Currently I am serving as the Treasurer for the Windsor Republican Town Committee and was chosen for that position as a result of my organizational skills and financial knowledge and expertise. Kenneth “Kenny” Wilkos was born and raised in Windsor CT, and is part of the 4th generation to call Windsor home. After graduating from Windsor High School, Kenny attended New Hampshire College, which is now Southern New Hampshire University. Upon earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Kenny came back to Windsor, and decided with his wife Lynn to make Windsor their hometown.
