Renewal Application for Town Committee Membership

    1. I desire to be renominated for membership in the Windsor Republican Town Committee and I’m prepared to actively participate in its activities as outlined below: 1) Attend a majority of meetings, recognizing that some absences will occur due to health or business demands.  2) Serve and actively participate on one major sub-committee 3) Support the Party to the extent financially able through payment of voluntary assessment and donations to campaign funds.
    2. I’d like to be assigned to one or more of the major committees in the following order of preference, where #1 is my first choice and #5 is my last choice.
