Make Windsor an Academically Competitive District!
  1. High Academic Standards - Set policies for promotions based on the students’ on-grade performance in core academic subjects.
  2. Empower Teachers - Give teachers the autonomy and authority needed to create safe, orderly, and high performing classroom environments. 
  3. Performance-based Classrooms - Provide a high-quality curriculum and equitable instruction for all students in an academically competitive classroom. 
  4. Fiscally Responsible Budget - Limit budget increases by eliminating ineffective programs and positions, to reduce the need for tax increases.
