Kenneth "Kenny" Wilkos
Town Council

Kenneth “Kenny” Wilkos was born and raised in Windsor CT, and is proud to be a part of the 4th generation to call Windsor home. A graduate of Windsor High School, Kenny attended Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester NH.  Upon earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Kenny came back to Windsor where he and his wife Lynn permanently made Windsor their hometown.  Kenny still operates his 4th generation farm in Windsor as a gentleman farmer by keeping his cattle, donkeys and annual hay production which is deep in his family’s history.

Kenny works in the pharmaceutical industry as a Specialty Account Manager in Rheumatology and Lynn is a homemaker and very involved with their two
children.  They are active members of St. Gabriel’s Parish and are often seen volunteering throughout the church and the community.

Aside from completing 3 terms as a Windsor Town Council Member, he has given countless volunteer hours, including 10 years on the Town of Windsor Tax Assessment Appeals Board, he also provides the annual Hay Rides for the First Town Downtown Halloween Fright Fest and floats in the Torchlight Parade.. Maintaining tradition in Windsor is truly important to Kenny which is why fighting to retain government services while maintaining balance in the Board of Education over his years on the Town Council has been first and foremost.

Ken pledges to continue to be responsive to the people of Windsor; listening to and working with his fellow councilors, the Board of Education, the Town Manager and the Superintendent.  Together we will listen to the residents, and be responsible in spending tax dollars now and for future generations.  We will remove barriers that should not exist in any government organization, and in our community.
