Donald Jepsen
Town Council

Don Jepsen has served nine terms on the Town Council. Prior to that, he served on the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission and the Windsor Technology Task Force. Jepsen is most proud of the Open Space Fund which he proposed and garnered bipartisan support in 2003, leading to many land acquisitions, including the recent Millbrook property.

If re-elected, Jepsen will push to start the process of connecting Windsor’s two river trails, which will ultimately link the center of town to Colt Park in Hartford via a multifunction path along the Connecticut River. Jepsen will continue to fight for fiscal responsibility. The time has come to study if certain seasonal town...
functions should be outsourced, freeing resources for more important work and saving money.

Jepsen is a fourth generation Windsorite. He is an IT Consultant, a job which takes him over most of New England, and recently completed an MS in Cybersecurity Management.
